Yes they need to put more staff incentives
What are some of the best things about your team?
it depends you have 1 or 2 u will definitely get along with but then u have other that are obsess with doing it by the book when the book is wrong and become the managers pet
The teams need to be able to feel confident that they can tell the manager anything and that things will be done and that the staff should also he heard not scared to stand up for what’s rig
