Lincare Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Great benefits with room to reach for more.

I have enjoyed the bonus structure, 401-k participation and the PTO that is offered.

They offer all benefits plus extra

Benefits seem to be good but they do cost more out of pocket than i would like

Competitive pay and paid days off

sales commissions are great but take a lot of work

I like all of it for the best part

We are rewarded for our performance.

Healthcare options are better than other places

Paid holidays and can take off

Direct deposit, just not enough

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel i work hard and do more that the wage does not reflect.

Compensation is too low, incentives almost impossible

Being paid more competitively would help

The routes needs organization and better structure.

It's a lot of work and communication not just with patients, but different facilities as well. There are many responsibilities to fulfill. The cost of living has risen, as well which is a major factor.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The rate of pay is lower than some of us are worth but what we don't have in pay the company makes up for by providing us a place we live to go to work for each day.

More than .17 cent rsise

Being treated with respect. .

Better pay due to being burdened by other departments that dump everything on my department. The Cole center is expected to deal with every single problem that comes true even if it’s unrelated to supplies such as insurance information and billing problem

Lightening up my workload since now I've become fulltime customer service to go with my full time insurance billing position and at least $3 more an hour to pay basic necessities.

The pay is terrible for the responsibility you're given.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Pay is ok, but there really need to be better benefits, and not monetary, but better treatment for employees. And hire adequate staff to perform the work instead of overworking those employees until the point of exhaustion mentally and physically. Take care of your people.

Being paid a competitive amount and not made to work excessive hours

Incentives should be paid out timely and without subtracting for things beyond our control.

Because you are not trusted to do your job as you see fit

Pay what average CDL drivers make
