It has been poor, it has been defeating at times, it has been stressful. It should not be the way it is, people should not be disrespected in such ways.

Better work environment, better management at the Regional Manager and VP levels.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to care about its people, the ones who do the work not the ones sitting in their nice office shouting orders.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is ok, but there really need to be better benefits, and not monetary, but better treatment for employees. And hire adequate staff to perform the work instead of overworking those employees until the point of exhaustion mentally and physically. Take care of your people.
