I love being creative and efficient. I get to do both of those things in my role, as well as helping others become more creative and efficient.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Lionrock are not just amazing at listening to ideas and suggestions, but rock at implementation as well! I've never felt so appreciated and listened to as an employee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication is encouraged as is interdepartmental cooperation. I love how the employees have mutual meetings that we can participate in as well for co-worker bonding, like Staff Meditation and the Health & Wellness challenges.
