What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is supportive. Everyone is always willing to help and answer questions. They are very welcoming and cheer each other on both in and outside of work. Our team is very connected even though we're all over the country.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lionrock cares about their staff. They encourage us to attend meditation and restoration groups they offer each week. They ask if we need help with anything and are actually willing to help if needed. Everyone is working together for our clients which is how it should be.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with clients is what my career is about. I love watching them grow and have "ah-ha" moments. Being able to connect with them, education them, and encourage them to be better people is what I do best. When I get to do that every day there isn't anything to complain about.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about the staff. They ask if we're okay and are interested in what we're doing for self-care. They keep staff informed on things that are happening with the company and are willing to listen to our ideas to help grow the company. Most of all, they want our jobs to work for us.
