They always make time for their employees & are very caring. Not being micromanaged is just a bonus!

My coworkers and my clients! The freedom and flexibility working here really makes me enjoy the time that I do come in to work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My only complaint is the terrible health benefits that I am unable to afford, looking at almost $2,500/mo for employee & child in the state I reside.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Gosh, everything! I love the population that we serve and the dedication we commit to helping them. It is wonderful working for a company whose "higher-ups" don't make you feel like just another number.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is so caring, compassionate, and all around such a helpful group of people!! They are always so quick to jump in and help with tasks and have such positive attitudes. We all feel like one big family on this team.
