I enjoy working for Lionrock. I never thought I'd be able to do what I do online.

I like all the extras.

Most people are nice and helpful all the way up to the CEO.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the team is wonderful however in recent days the hiring has changed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like most of them, but it does sometimes appear to be a " who do we like" as opposed to who is the best qualified. Some of the supervisors are sorely under qualified.

Most of the leader ship team is wonderful. However ,it's pretty obvious some of them have no idea what they're doing. Let's have a peer review on each supervisor then you'll know what you're dealing with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is good. I would much rather work a W-2 job as I get paid for the documentation and my time on the phone and such. However, the w-2 counselor jobs are becoming more abundant, and most are paying a few bucks more. Benefits are great.
