They listen intently and care about my ideas and I have never experienced that as a "boots on the ground" employee

That I am in alignment with my truest self bc I can share without judgement who I am while helping support past versions of myself daily with my position
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That everyone's path to recovery is honored and respected. That a safe space is provided for the maintenance of one's healing and that everyone is welcome with open arms, its a family of versatility and the different perspectives each person has is appreciated also.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Its devoid of judgement. Everyone is in their own path and scope of healing and its all valid and appreciated for exactly where each person is and I love that. Our voices are heard and acknowledged, they are challenged to do the hardwork on oneself and I appreciate those challenges bc i want to grow
