Committed to truly helping people recover, step-down programming, family programming, with adjunct therapy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
$40 is a bit on the low side for a fully Licensed Therapist. $55 would be better. I think experience should be taken into consideration.
