Great environment with experienced professionals and motivated clients when I started but now professionals are much less experienced and client needs are too acute for this level of care.

Being able to manage my own schedule, working from home, not being micromanaged.

Most of the clinicians here are experienced and don't take conversations about clients personally. People are usually responsive, positive, and professional.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are invested in good client care and work hard to provide positive feedback and suggestions to make the client experience the best it can be.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I had to move to an hourly position and lose my benefits to get higher pay and to avoid working for free. The pay is much less than industry standards and there are NO raises. There is no reason to stay here long term other than being invested in the work this company does.
