What are some of the best things about your team?
My team members have a great deal of knowledge and experience in the counseling field. I gain from my interactions with them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the on-call system does not compensate for the "down-time" when I have to stay on alert with out doing any other personal or company activity. When I spend three hours this way, I am paid only $6.33/hour.
