Getting to do work that matters.

The insurance and pto is not very good.

It's really friendly and fun.

Everyone is really warm and welcoming and willing to try new ideas.

I get to do work that I love that really helps people.

Warm and familial environment. We laugh a lot and they are very talented.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's open and I feel like I can be my whole self. I'm also allowed to experiment.
