What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that people live all over the country. It's fun to get to know different people and see what they bring to the table. They're all very friendly and helpful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation does not fit the market right now, but there are other things about the job that make it worth it. As someone who has been licensed for many years, I am paid less than some people because they have been with Lionrock longer.
