The flexibility and reasonable expectations.

The human aspect that comes through, caring, respectful and reasonable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Warm hearted and welcoming as of this point. It seems the workload is manageable. No one seems stretched too thin.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I currently do not have one as a part-time employee, but it seems fair for the 30 plus hours a week employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respecting people's capabilities. We each have our own strengths and challenges and the expectations seem of the employees seem to respect this.
