More recognition in my accomplishments and more constructive guidance on how to continually improve my contributions and performance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is an unmistakable sense that we're all working towards the same goals. We are all working to get a person lifted out of a debilitating addiction and into a full life well-lived.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to interact with my team or others in such a way that I make their day (and/or a client's day) better in some small way. Constructing something that builds Lionrock stronger, better. Some new data or technology, workflow improvement, or contribution.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is visible, involved, open minded, and transparent about the pains and joys of growth. They are committed to our mission and values. They listen, are approachable, and show by example what a Lionrocker really is. They are perfect in their imperfection.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're like a family. We support and listen to each other. When someone experiences a bad day or problem, everyone is there to cheer the person up and be there. They don't hesitate to jump in and help with a last minute project. They're also kind, intelligent, and share in our common goals for LR.
