What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leading... "everyone is replaceable" attitude. Any issues that arise are pushed to the side and ignored instead of dealt with.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Openly communicate and be honest. Their lack of honesty has become transparent to the team causing everyone to stop listening. As challenging as it can be, leadership needs to get rid of dead weight starting at the top.
