Executive Bio
Michael G. Rowles was appointed as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. ('Live Nation') in March 2006. Prior to joining Live Nation, he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Entravision Communications Corporation ('Entravision'), a diverse Spanish-language media company located in Santa Monica, California, since September 2000. Prior to joining Entravision, he was a Partner in the law firm of Zevnik Horton Guibord McGovern Palmer & Fognani, L.L.P., where he had a general corporate practice with an emphasis in securities and mergers and acquisitions. He received his law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law, graduating magna cum laude, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications, with a minor in Business, graduating with honors, from the University of Illinois.
