The pay is not great for the amount of work they expect you to do. Taking more calls from 5 other states and learning new processes and making more phone calls but there's not compensation increase. This company is very cheap for the amount of money they make the CSRs should be paid more than 11$/hr

The dollar value compensation is good, however the benefits and stocks etc need a lot of work to be competitive against the rest of the industry.
No matter how well I do, they never come to me with anything positive, and they love an opportunity to talk down to you or treat you like your are a moron. I would feel better if they didn't try to get out of paying you your bonus when you finally qualify for one.

I do feel undervalued. I feel like I am just another employee and not appreciated. Incentives and recognition for good work would make me feel better.
A little bit higher pay would be nice, as well as a couple more days off.
Intense training and diverse to flex assistance to other departments are things that aren't compensated. The areas that are differ from mine
