There is ongoing improvement happening within the leadership team. That definitely counts for something. I'm looking forward to the direction that the company is taking. I do fear that we are falling behind in terms of technology but in terms of how people are treated, it's better and better.

They will try harder to find an excuse not to help you, than they would ever dream of spending to help you. This goes for their "members" as well as their employees. It's really quite sad, especially when you want to try to do a good job and get looked at like you are an idiot.
