Clocking out and that's about it

I'm really not sure. We are needing help so bad we aren't even firing no call no shows
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Think of having a plant. You get it planted and have to feed it the nutrients and sun and oxygen it needs to grow. You can't not take care of something and expect for it too just be a magic seed and grow.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
At the end of the day every store is different. No matter where you go there's going to be pros and cons but the way that you communicate is everything. The way that you lead is everything. I have no faith that anyone in my store will be there if I need them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Integrity means doing the next right thing when no one is looking. Doing something because you know its the right thing to do. Not many people are willing to step up and thats who are sticking around the longest and being put on the road to success! These petty individuals are whom we are promoting
