Stop gossiping & try working your job. They also need to pay attention to orders , less cig. Breaks !!
What did you like most about the interview process?
At the time it was good . Now all they want are bodies, regardless of obstacles like no transportation, no baby sitters, they dont check reference's.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Look at wmployees who Do Work, & those who Slack on the job, and the ones who are there just for a payday while they live off their Parents.
