My GM and the crew on my shift. Minus the new OM.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always on time to relieve me. They organize the best they can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make half what a terrible "manager" makes. Im an IMC. I do shift change, back office, help registers, do my job. Help maintenance. Stock the cooler. Help management. Train. Put up trucks. Clean showers. Clean bathrooms. Sweep and mop. Every day. While the new "OM" stands around. Doing nothing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My GM is very kind and upbeat. Hes new. And doing great. My crew is great. But 1 OM is rude. Lazy. Refuses to learn. Makes fun of me. Says he gets paid to watch me work. And he makes double what i make. Its very unfair pay. He complains about everything he has to do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The crew on my shift is the best crew. Every other shift is terrible. They mess up my inventory. They lose my stuff. They don't show up so i have to work doubles. And come in on my days off. And fix broken stuff. And redo half of my stuff. Ive tried leaving notes. Ive tried telling management.
