Well the pledge if they would follow it.

When we are able to take care of the customer and still do what is on the task list and complete all assignments.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Run the business just like the pledge says and follow all task and procedures and not pick and choose who gets to follow the rules and who don't
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the company as a whole does not pay fairly at the job they are required to do. Some go above and beyond and some do bare minimum and still make more money than the one's doing the work.
