It started off fine, but then I noticed how as a black employee, I'm doing what no one else wants to and I'm on sick leave and my Gm said he doesn't know if they're going to pay me, and there's been 9 people who have been on leave with pay with no issue. I feel really unmotivated to even go back

Taking care of people who cheer you up or you can cheer up

It's not so bad. I just seen my hiring managers true colors recently

Others some times care enough to give you a breather when it's been a non stop day
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Just focus on getting the job done in the down time so it won't be a lot to do later.
