Overall pay wise,job is totally worth it,although at my store the management is out of touch with all new employees after hire. I personally received a brief training on register operation,a lot of videos and a learn what you ask about. We are frequently short handed,

Leadership needs leadership,there is no take charge management at my store.No teamwork attitude more like its on you attitude

I find it hard to stay positive,when i am looked down on by upper management ,and we are constantly out of supplies.
