It's ok! Needs to remodeled, better training with staff thats been there for too long and has lost their way atleast at the store I'm at. It's nice to meet new people .

We get along fine, some of us who actually work get along great.

Everything I mean everything from training, communication with other team members, organization! Everything.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If everyone at my store would actually work, some work more than others while some just breeze by. I've been there for 4 months ths and I'm already felling burnt out.
