These days not much the scress of hours getting cut and finding out I was lied to about bonuses. It's hard to be happy
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My G.M. Amazing try his best to take care of issues as soon as possible. Willing to work side by side with employee to get the job done. Doesn't think he's better the us regular employees. Makes work fun.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As the FFC I'm doing everything that ffm do (not a full fresh so we don't get to have a ffm) and get paid less then a shift lead. I Was told I would get bonus but you toke them away from deli department.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a team and we work as one. If any department is in the need for help any one of us are willing to jump in and help.. we wouldn't have this great if a team is it wasn't for our amazing GM that shows us daily that this is how teams work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fun, family environment.But this last week with everyone hours being cut down to nothing it feels like there is no more positivity going into work. All employee are wondering how there rent, bills and food is going to get paid. It's hard to stay positive when you might have to find a new job
