It's great when I work with our only good leader
What are some of the best things about your team?
My normal team and shift works like a well oiled machine, we all communicate our needs and issues well and effectively with each other. Allowing us to work quite efficiently with each other
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have only one manager I would call a leader. The other is horrible as leader but amazing as a dictator. And I have yet to meet my new/temporary GM. Leadership could use some Leadership Training to include Regional management
