The gossip is unreal, you can't talk to your manager without revealing everything to his click. Once then its revealed to the entire store. The click can call in, or not call in as I should say, be 2 hours late,or take a 3 hour lunch on the clock and never get wrote up,but let someone else they do.

Our store is always understaffed and most the people are made to work and no one does the orders correctly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some that are favored can just walk around and not do anything and get paid higher but the ones who carry the company get paid less
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Less favorable and less gossip. Your manager should be someone you can trust. Your manager should also keep their word when communicating and not lie to people to make them happy
