I have been with loves for two years and have been treated extremely well. My current GM came from Pilot and I was his first hire. I am a Shift Leader on overnights and I feel I am paid well. Great company to work for and I think with hard work I can even have oppurtunity for advancement!

Affordable and covers not only medical but dental and vision too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We try to be a team. We have our moments but we usually overcome them and get the job done.
What makes you most happy at work?
It has to be my regular customers! Many other things sure, but they see me everyday and hearing their stories is great!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very upbeat atmosphere and a lot of great customers that make the day a little brighter. Im lucky to have a pretty good team at my location.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Clear cut expectations on my part and immediate clear cut answers from my GM. He had a good attitude, and covered all the bases, leaving me with little questions. I felt excited to start working for him and I feel the same way two years later.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our team leadership skills aren't terrible at the moment. That being said, drama is always going to be present to some extent. In my opinion, it is up to our three top positions ( GM,OM,AM) to work together to resolve that drama and be the people coming at it with a good approach,others will follow.
