The fact that we get along and we can ask something of another team member and get an honest response without making them feel like they're being overworked or just used. We all have a lot of things we have to get done, but we're all there to help each other out if we can.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
While I think I should be paid more (I do think that for all positions at this point, and I *accept* currently what I get), I love that even when I started as PT, I could get benefits. Now that I'm FT, I find that the benefit packages are reasonable, and compensation so-so. There can be improvement
What are some of the best things about your team?
When we work together, we all have a good time and can still get work done. If someone asks something, we can be more effective. Even if someone has a bad day, we can still work together. At my store, we do have one person that has been a contention of issues that is still there. That's it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
He was straightforward as to what he wanted and showed me what I would be working on. He let me know what I will be required to know, with training on the job, and I have been learning! Many team members have showed me how to do certain things, and I've picked up how to do them, which I like.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
GM - He had the job 2 weeks before hiring me that I know. He's awesome, and working hard! OMs - Awesome! They work hard MODs - Many are great, one is not. Shift Leads - Love them. Team Members - Awesome. They ask, I help! Tire Shop - Also Awesome. Same reasons! I love my store, but just one issue.
