I was given the shift lead position after about 6 months of working at loves. After 2 years, i was given the assistant manager position. I did the assistant manager position for over a year. I have not received the training for shift lead or assistant manager. Regional Manager brought in another AM.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training people for the position they were given. Instead they replaced me with a different assistant manager. Instead of training me for the position I was given.
