What is the best part about your compensation package?
Getting paid weekly is nice. The overtime pay is usually great. I'm looking forward to receiving my first quarterly bonus.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We communicate well. I lead by example & have respect for everyone, I wouldn't ask someone to do something that I would not do myself & I feel that shows my coworkers how much of a team we are.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always check on me/my team & genuinely seem to care how things are going. I feel that I can go to them anytime for help or with any questions and they are willing to always help and answer questions.
