Love the actual job itself. The store I work at needs help with management. I like them all for different reasons, however, none of them actually do anything to address the issues brought to their attention.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Teamwork does not exist at this store and that is a major problem. Communication within the shift employees and between the different shifts does not happen and that is hard to deal with.
