Upper management is out of touch with store operations. They put profits over morale. They cut hours and positions and expect those who are left to do more work for the same amount of pay.

The past back when they cared about employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Getting GMs and OMs that can do their job instead of using favoritism. Promote within instead of hiring people outside of Loves to run Loves. Treat employees with respect and dignity and not as a robotic tool to make profit.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've seen management and corporate managers keeping their quarterly bonuses but the corporation removed what they gave employees. Bring back the Hearts of Love. It isn't much but it shows at least some recognition to those that make you your money.
