My managers seem to listen and try to help. It can be a hard job but I know my managers work hard with me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In a Cstore, the managers work very closely with employees. Everyone seems closer. Travel stops are a little harder but make more money.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Empathy would be beneficial. Each shift has their own projects that are just as important as the others. If anyone drops the ball, it could effect the next couple shifts. Do your job so other can do theirs.
