The responsibilities and knowing that my GM will ask something of me knowing that it will get done right and sufficient and I will do it to the best for the company
What are some of the best things about your team?
On the inside of the store I can pretty much ask them anything and they will be very willing to help me with my needs. I also noticed the way they handle customers and it gives myself Pride a a sense of accomplishment seeing the way my teammates work.
