I have experienced a lot of hardship and discrimination working at Love's. My manager has made very inappropriate comments about my heritage and when I complained to HR I was told "Do not speak about your religion".
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Give equal opportunity to all races and religions. Stop giving preferential treatment to the majority.

Treat everyone equally regardless of race, religion, gender, or political views. Give everyone equal opportunity to advance in the workplace.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I appreciate being given the opportunity to gain employment with the company, though I was not given equal opportunity after gaining employment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to be more inclusive and tolerant towards people who have a different race and religion. They need to provide equal opportunity for everyone.
