Great ...but 3rd shift is miserable ..those employees don't clean the toilets in the shower area it's disgusting their work habits are quite slack ... They do more visiting getting paid then sticking. The cooler is full the back room full but they go out for smoke breaks or visit with friends
What makes you most happy at work?
The morning crew but working 3rd shift I crinch thinking about it ..no morals no common courtesy smokers smokers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is great positive in morning mid shift the employees are just visiting on diesel side whole gas desk is sinking
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was 2 people and they put things up front but I follow through new employees follow through until they see 3rd shift don't do and don't care so the new employees follow suit
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
3rd shift needs to stop theft and be aware and quit taking everyone out to smoke 5 times a night leaving new employees alone and learn to there's accountability for the store and it's property
