When they fired me they said I would not be paid for my vacations that I earned. I worked k for this company to long to be treated like a piece of trash.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Work as team. Store 909 had people sleeping, sitting, breaking and the let two people do all the work for an entire crew for at least an whole year while I was employed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying there hard employees what they earn. They took the workers bonus and only management and csa gets bonuses for work that employees do. Be fair, hire people who can and will work. Don’t hire people who you know can’t do the job and put the pressure on the other work
