Upper management takes complete advantage of the decent employees with little to no reward other than empty promises while having no repercussions for the employees who don't even pretend to do thier job. The moral is completely shot throughout the store because of this.

There really wasnt one..if you have a pulse they will hire you

Over the past year it truly has dwindled to a miserable work place

Getting the pay rate promised at the time of my promotion SIX months ago
What makes you most happy at work?
Again...nothing at this point. Not for myself or anyone else, every employee is constantly complaining, it has turned into nothing but negativity
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Um...show up for work, actually work while there. Of course it would help if they didnt come in drunk and/or high which yes management is completely aware of...again no repercussions
