Stacey Goff — Executive VP, General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer & Secretary at Lumen (formerly CenturyLink)

Mr. Stacey W. Goff has been the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of CenturyLink, Inc., (formerly, CenturyTel Inc.) since November 1, 2014 and July 1, 2009 respectively and its General Counsel and Secretary since August 2003. Mr. Goff serves as an Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Qwest Corp. Mr. Goff has been an Executive Vice President and Director of CenturyLink Technology Solutions since July 15, 2011. Mr. Goff served as a Senior Vice President of CenturyLink, Inc. from August 2003 to 2009. Mr. Goff served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Qwest Communications International Inc. He joined CenturyLink's legal department in 1998 and has held various positions including Vice President and assistant general counsel. He served as Senior Vice President of CenturyLink, Inc., since August 2003. He has worked on a wide range of issues for CenturyLink, Inc., including the negotiation and closing of numerous acquisitions and dispositions it has undertaken in the past several years. He serves as a Director of Qwest Corp. and Qwest Communications International Inc. Mr. Goff holds Bachelor's Degree/Business - Mississippi State University/Starkville, Mississippi and Juris Doctorate/Magna Cum Laude - University of Mississippi/Oxford, Mississippi.
