Mr. Marold served as Senior Vice President of the Advanced Nonwovens Business Area and a Member of the CET at Ahlstrom Oyj from January 2009 to August 2009. Mr. Marold served as Chief Operating Officer of SONTARA'?, a business division of Jacob Holm Group from 2013 to 2014. He served as President of clarcor air filtration products from 2011 to 2013. Mr. Marold joined Ahlstrom in 1999 as Director of Sales and was promoted to Vice President and General Manager of the Medical Fabrics Product Line. Prior to joining SONTARA'?, Mr. Marold held key customer-facing leadership positions at prominent filtration and nonwovens companies, such as CLARCOR, American Air Filter and Ahlstrom Oy, centered around strategic growth and innovation from 2013 to 2014. Prior to joining Ahlstrom, he held various sales and general management positions at Cytec Industries Inc. in New Jersey, including Vice President and Business Director. Mr. Marold has been a Director at Connecticut Business And Industry Association, Inc. (INDA) since 2008. He served as a Director of the National Air Filtration Association (NAFA). He holds IEP certification from INSEAD for international business and has completed executive management programs at Columbia Business School and Harvard Business School. Mr. Marold holds a B.S. in petroleum and natural gas engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
