Does M-SIX have any remote positions?
Sometimes. I'm unclear.
How's the vacation policy at M-SIX?
Employees accrue 24 days of PTO a yr. No holidays are observed (ie: staff works all holidays or lose a PTO day), no sick time, no personal days.
How does M-SIX make decisions around promotions?
It appears that anyone who can find themselves in the good graces of the CEO will be promoted despite performance and credentials. Most managers have never worked anywhere else, never been managers and it shows.
