What do you like best about the leadership team?
They would never rate themselves anonymously.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency. Communication. Trusting employees. Gross imbalance of authority among inexperienced managers = improve promotion criteria
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Cash comp and equity are balanced.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm not doing what I was promised my job would entail. People in similar positions make much more. When I pointed that out, I got smugness

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They seek the most negative position in every problem. The few social ones are social nightmares. Introvert meets narcissist meets whiskey.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Honest feedback is delivered constructively.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It comes from the top down. This startup fosters the culture of a high finance firm. Privilege, secrecy, manipulation & imbalanced salary
