Knowing that I've made a difference each day, no matter how big or small it may be.

If they need something from you, they let you know. They are very involved in the organization overall.

We all work diligently to ensure that every patient has access to Afrezza and ensure their journey is seamless.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's a combination of PTO, closed for 4th of July and Xmas. I love that everyone gets stock options.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making a difference with what I do every day. I love to be helpful and ensure our patients get our products.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was promised a title change since being hired. Having said this, I believe I need to be my own advocate in order to make this happen.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a sense of urgency in the organization to want Afrezza to be a huge success. Everyone is working towards it. Belief in the product is huge!
