Working with the people at MKC make me happy, employees are happy to be a part of a company with such a nice culture of inclusiveness.

The people, everyone is very welcoming and friendly. My first week, I felt like I had been there a year already. Everyone was so thoughtful and accommodating.

Culture is very employee centric, MKC really cares about their people and it shows by the way leadership plans events and fun activities to show the employees how much we are appreciated.
