Having an open culture, where we all feel free to be our true selves while at work while still having a good time while getting our work accomplished.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The ELT seems to be accessible and not the "Ivory Tower" type of ELT that I have seen in previous companies. Down to earth and approachable, willing to discuss.
What are some of the best things about your team?
As a smaller team, we are all invested in doing what it takes to get the job done. No one has an ego about themselves that would preclude them from lending a hand. Any task, from moving furniture, making coffee, taking out recycling, or otherwise, is something that we can ask one another to do.
