They make people feel important.

Supportive and helpful. Will share successes and how to get things done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm in sales so the better I perform, the more financially I'm rewarded.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Supports what we are trying to accomplish. Celebrates successes. Communication from direct boss is great.

Has set clear expectations and supports me and my team with the resources we request. Communication is improving.

Salary and IC comp is fair and mostly comparable to other companies where I'd be doing the same work.

Working with a great group of people and for a boss that I respect and enjoy and want to work hard for

Supports one another. Shares ideas across the teams. Hold each other accountable for the work we do and the attitudes we bring to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I want to be part of a win-able game where goals are attainable and people are motivated to be able to achieve their goals. This is currently only part of the culture at Mannkind
