The leadership team is always seeking improvement. Their openness to hearing opinions and feedback on just about everything is encouraging.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most people are very friendly, even when they are busy. Small talk in the elevator or in the break room, or at the very least a smile, with people from different departments happens often.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Those I interact with daily are incredibly friendly and quickly welcomed me into their group. The work environment is positive because I know that people genuinely care about what is going on in everyone's lives from family to pets to life's inconveniences.
